Alfa Romeo Giulia Super

IMG_9913.jpg

It is a 1972 Julia supermarket.
It is a job of redrawing due to deterioration of wiring.
Of course, the wiring design at that time didn't really make sense, so I added a safety device to refresh myself.

The other big change is that you can listen to music in the car ...
Modern audio equipment is NG because it spoils the atmosphere around the dashboard.

 I devised a little.

Add an original switch! !!

There is one mark that doesn't look like an old car ...

From the left are Bluetooth, rear defogger, and radiator fan.

I want to drive while listening to music,

Recommended for those who just don't want to put modern audio! !!

Automatically connect to Bluetooth such as smartphone devices with a single switch!

The volume knob is casually placed on the instrument panel and does not destroy the atmosphere.

When I received the goods this time, I had various problems such as engine stall due to poor power generation, insufficient charge, and darkness of lights.

Looking into the engine room, there are signs of repeated bypass surgery ...
And a cover with relays scattered all over the place.
The fog light relay in the photo was in a very deep place.

However, unless you create the harness from scratch, you have no choice but to take first aid.

These are neatly organized and additional safety devices are added.

And the three special relays for lights in the place where the center of the dash panel is opened are reproduced with five general-purpose relays with parts supply in the long run.
This was quite difficult ...
I spent a lot of time analyzing patterns and how to bring the wiring.

BEFORE

You can see the traces of repeated bypass surgery.
Five relays are studded only in the image below.
The shapes are different depending on the manufacturer, so there are quite a few people who understand it! ??

Around the battery is the main fuse box and the relay box at the top.
A new fuse for high current is installed.

When you open the center of the dash panel, there are three light relays.
One of them is a special relay, so I will consider supplying parts in the future and try to find out if it can be reproduced with a general-purpose relay.

AFTER

A total of 6 general-purpose relays work in the same way as the original.
In addition, we gathered at the relays scattered all over the vehicle.
We will give you the wiring diagram around the fuse and relay box at the time of delivery because it may be maintained or maintained in the future.

Eliminate the essential power generation failure by replacing parts!
We are able to generate electricity perfectly.

Alfa Romeo Giulia Super Circuit Specifications

IMG_9778.JPG
IMG_9779.JPG

As the title suggests, it is a circuit specification.

Therefore, there is a roll cage, and the dashboard cannot be lowered ...

It was a little unreasonable work, but the harness removal and installation was completed successfully.

It was really work while consulting with my waist (laughs)

The difference from the normal wiring design is that a kill switch is attached according to the circuit specifications.

Must be designed to shut out all electricity the moment the kill switch is turned off.

The wiring inside the dashboard

The lines are entangled because they are not bundled.

AFTER

The wiring that goes to each device is bundled and organized as much as possible so that the wiring work after replacing the harness is easy.
