Rewiring

This is a service that removes an existing harness from the car body, creates a new harness, and reassembles it in the car body.

For a long time, various owners have installed and removed audio, ETC, USB sockets, etc., and there are traces of electricity being taken in various places, and even the owners can not easily grasp the information. The wiring is full.

There are many unreasonable ways and DIY-like ways to get electricity.

Of the vehicles that I had actually redrawn in the past, I never thought, "I didn't need to do the redrawing work."

Even if the same wiring is used for about half a century, the risk is great and the original performance of the vehicle cannot be demonstrated.
Unfortunately, I feel that there are many people who leave the wiring as it was at that time because it "moves" ...

Although the introduction has become longer, we will manufacture a harness that takes into consideration the power supply to existing optional equipment in advance.

In addition, additional safety devices, such as fuses, are not covered by insurance.
Install additional relays where large currents flow.

​ The image on the left is from the rear, but have you noticed anything?

Please pay attention to the left and right tail lights.
Can you see the difference in brightness between the left and right when the tail light is on?

The one on the right is darker, and when you put out the turn signal, the small lamp on the rear flashes violently ...
It is clearly a symptom of poor grounding.
When I checked it, the contact of the terminal was poor.

Since it is an FRP body, it is not possible to ground the body, so it is necessary to draw a ground wire to each device except the chassis ground.

Full-flow ammeters carry a considerable amount of current, so I think they are risky.

If you don't care about the original finish, we recommend replacing it with a voltmeter.

This time, at the request of the owner, we replaced it with an air-fuel ratio meter.

We will give you the wiring diagram of the changed parts from the original such as around the fuse box and around the relay at the time of delivery.

 

Since the ammeter has been removed, an alternator charge lamp has been added.
If there is a problem with power generation, it will notify you by lighting it.

Since the function of the voltmeter is installed in the air-fuel ratio meter, it is possible to manage the power generation from the numbers.

The image on the right shows the terminal that goes into the ignition key cylinder, but the damage caused by heat is serious.
When operating the starter motor for a long time, a large current continues for a few seconds to a dozen seconds on the ignition switch.

To prevent the same thing from happening, just add a starter relay at these times.
The new model year has a starter relay, but this model year doesn't seem to have one.

The relay terminal also has a large electrical contact area by using a large terminal as shown in the photo on the right where a large current flows.
