Wiper motor maintenance
There is grease on the moving parts ... but everything deteriorated and became a dry individual.
Replace the insulation tube and rewire.
Replace the bush bearing of the motor if the backlash is above the specified value.
It would be nice if there was a replacement for the wiper motor itself, but if not, please do! !!
マレリ製 ダイナモオーバーホール
コンミュテータ（整流子）がかなり細かく刻まれています。
低速でのチャージを意識した仕様となっています。
円筒状の変わった形のした機械式レギュレター。
調整が必要な部品です。
古いアルファロメオに装着されていたマニエッティマレリ製直流発電器。
メタルブッシュタイプの軸受けの為、定期的な注油が必要なのですが
意外と見逃しがちです…
せっかく程度の良い発電機であっても機械式レギュレターの調整が不十分ですとオーバーチャージとなりコイル類の焼き付きに繋がります。
可能であればレギュレターもセットで送っていただきましたら調整作業も行わせていただきますのでお勧めです。
アルファロメオ コラムスイッチ修理
スイッチ内部のプラスチック部品も熱により変形しています。
接点部分が黒ずみ、接点も減っています。
ライトスイッチの修理案件です。
スイッチング不良の原因は部品が熱により溶けていたことが原因でした。
多くの電気の流れる接点の焼けも確認できます。
ヒューズボックスまでの配線も新調して調子良く使用できる状態となりました。
スバル360 スターターモーター修理
スイッチ接点が焼けるとこんな感じになります。
スイッチの受け側部品も同様に焼けています…
スタータースイッチを回すとカチンという音がするだけで肝心のモーターが回らずエンジンがかからないという症状。
典型的なスターターソレノイドスイッチの不良です。
エンジンをかけることができない為、出張にてスターターの取り外し及び取り付け作業となりました。
写真でもわかる通りスイッチ接点の状態が悪いです。
かなりの電気が流れる箇所ですので接点も減っていしまっています。
今後長い間、整備の必要が無い様にその他の部分もオーバーホールして完了です。
